Please note that if you book a room under the conference block and do not register for the conference, your room reservation is subject to change to the hotel’s prevailing rack rate and moved out of the conference block. No phone reservations will be accepted.
Finally, please note that the room cancellation policy with the JW Marriott is 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. Reservations canceled 30 days or less prior to the conference are subject to one night’s room rate.
