The room block at the Marriott is currently SOLD OUT. But we do have a waitlist at the Marriott. Any cancellations will be offered to the wait list first. Please email the hotel at MARCOISLANDRESERVATIONS@MARRIOTT.COM to add your name to the wait list so you can be notified when rooms open up again.
The conference group rate at the JW Marriott Marco Island is $190 per night. Please note that if you book a room under the conference block and do not register for the conference your room reservation is subject to change to the hotel’s prevailing rack rate and moved out of the conference block. No phone reservations will be accepted.
Finally, please note that the room cancellation policy with the JW Marriott is 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. Reservations canceled 30 days or less prior to the conference are subject to one night’s room rate.
Upgrades are available as follows:
Gulffront room – additional $300 to group rate
Sirene Tower (adults only) – additional $100 to group rate
Lanais and Gulffront suites – subject to hotel rates and can only be booked by calling 800-GET-HERE.
