More than $3.5 million in cost-share funding for 22 agricultural projects was approved today by the St. Johns River Water Management District’s Governing Board. The projects are estimated to offset groundwater use by 259 million gallons of water per year, and to reduce nitrogen and phosphorus loading to area waterways by more than 200,000 pounds per year.
