The St. Johns River Water Management District is conducting a 210-acre prescribed burn today at the Sunnyhill Restoration Area in Marion County. The purpose of the burn is to reduce hazardous fuels and logging slash from recently thinned pine plantations. [Jan. 25, 2016]
